SSB4 Candidates Waddle Dee

Heh, yeah. So I decided to throw together a quick Algus-style moveset for Waddle Dee. For more move detail...
B: The Plasma Slice is basically a lasery electric slicer boomerang thing. Really, the picture says it all. It is derived from Cutter, Plasma and Laser(Also vaguely Beam).
Up B: The Parajump is a combination between Hi-Jump and Parasol abilities. He jumps way up high, then floats down gently on his parasol.
Down B: Electrospike is just a combination between the already similar Spark and Needle abilties. Electrically powered spikes galore.
Side B: Freezer Burn has him shooting Fire and Ice in different directions. Ice can Freeze, and Fire does fire damage, of course.
Final Smash(Yes, that's what that is): Lullamike is a combination between Sleep and Mike; he yells loudly into a mic(Oddly, considering his lack of mouth), which does good damage but no knockback, and puts enemies to sleep withing a radius. He can do this thrice.
A moves would mainly revolve around his spear, as well as Parasol and his moves from KSSU.
Alternate costume would either be Waddle Doo, the Sailor cap or Bandana-less. Maybe even Yarn?
One of his taunts would be the little dance from the loading screens in Epic Yarn; the one with the 2 Dees dancing together, if you know the one.
